The Premier is Here!

Today is the day for the premier or our project’s documentary, A Time with Isadora: How One Arts Influences Many! Todays showing will be at Ciné in Athens, Georgia at 7:00 pm. Doors will open at 6:30 pm and the event is free and open to the public. Donations will be accepted.

The University of Georgia’s Red & Black has published One artist influences many: UGA student filmmaker talks upcoming documentary by Avni Trivedi. Trivedi’s feature, give details about events and highlights the contributions of the three UGA students producing the film; Carrie Miller, Margot McLaughlin and Mollie Robertson.

“I think people can feel a lot from Isadora Duncan's story as well as the numerous dancers that are involved with this, and Carolyn’s story,” Robertson said. “The idea that being so enamored and empowered by a certain art form can be a very beautiful thing.”

This evening’s showing will be accompanied by light refreshments and a discussion with the film makers. Suggested donation for the the event is $10.
